Kayak Adventures

In 2019, my  cousin Jon Wunrow and I did our first big river trip together, paddling the Mississippi river from its source at Lake Itasca Minnesota to Davenport Iowa. The following year, we finished paddling the entire length of the Mississippi river to the Gulf of Mexico in Louisiana. In 2021, Jon and I  were the first recorded paddlers of the 652 mile Tennessee RiverLine water trail. Up next for Jeff and Jon, the Ohio river from Pitsburg, PAto Cairo, IL.

The Tennessee River winds its way from Northeastern TN through Alabama and Mississippi, back into Tennessee and ending at the Ohio River at Paducah Kentucky.

The Mississippi River is the fourth longest river in the world, flowing 2,350 miles from Lake Itasca in Minnesota to the Gulf of Mexico.
